Private Ice Climbing in the Ouray Ice Park

Exclusively AMGA Certified Instructors & Guides

We guarantee you will climb with a guide who has undergone training and certification from the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA). Every one of our guides is certified as a Single Pitch Instructor, Rock Instructor, Rock Guide, or Alpine Guide.  We are one of the few guide services in the nation to uphold this level of credential. In addition, our guides have climbed and guided throughout the area and have an in-depth knowledge of the Ouray Ice Park and the San Juan Mountains.  For many years, we have been a trusted source of instruction and guiding for beginning climbers, seasoned alpinists, kids, families, and everyone in between.

Photos of Your Day Included

Your guide will take photos during the day so you will have a way to remember your ice climbing experience. There is nothing quite like a photo to record your once-in-a-lifetime ice climbing adventure. This service is included free of charge on all of our programs.
